It is the policy Flynns Bee Farms to process and ship orders within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of order. When ordering products , delays may occur if stock is in short supply and in such case, the customer will be notified by mail, fax or e-mail. We will always contact the customer within 24 to 48 hours by phone or email if there are any delays with filling an order and provide information on expected date of shipping.
Customers can also check the status of an order by contacting us. If we are experiencing delays in filling an order and our customer is unhappy and/or inconvenienced, we will accept cancellation of the order and refund all moneys in relation to this order by reimbursing the customers’ credit card or by return cheque within 24 hours of receiving such a request.
If any products have been discontinued and we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform the customer by phone or email within 24 to 48 hours and refund all moneys in relation to this order by reimbursing the credit card or by return cheque. When paying by cheque, customers should allow three to seven (3-7) days after receipt for the cheque to clear.
