Large Honey Fruit & Nut Cake

Made in our honey kitchen to a recipe from Iris Flynn's 1932 school book. This sumptuous cake is made with butter, free range eggs, fresh oranges & lemons and of course honey then "fed" brandy for 4 weeks. We can supply it with or without marzipan & icing and if iced it can be painted with butterflies or left plain for you to apply your own finishing touches. Also available Gluten free for £22.00
